Corn Maze & Other Up Coming Fall Events

Hello all:

This Saturday, plan to arrive at the corn maze at 1000 hrs.
Location: 7477 Road 128 Newton, On N0K 1R0.

Cost is $6 per person, and hamburgers & a drink will be provided after we wind our way through the Pyramids of Giza!

Baloo tells me maps were handed out at last Monday's meeting. The OntarioMaze website also has directions:

Also, if you plug the address into Google Maps, it will direct you right to the farm. It lists travel time to be approximately 1.5 hours from Goderich.

Oct 26th - 28 - Fall Cub Camp.
Sun. Nov. 11 - Remembrance Day Service.

Mon. Nov. 19 - Campfire at Bagheera's place.

Apple Day: Being Coordinated by 4th Goderich this year, so meet at North Street United Church at 0830 hours. We will need parents as well as the youth to help, as between the two groups, we blanket all of Goderich.

Monday, October 22nd - we will have a meeting to prepare for Fall Camp.

Friday, Oct. 26 to Sunday, Oct. 28th - Fall Cub Camp
The group camp is over by Auburn, off the Maitland Block Road. Take the North leg of the road. Just after the GART trail, you will see the entrance on your right hand side. For your advanced information:
Second & third year Cubs will be coming to camp Friday night, arrival time 2000 hours (8 pm). Please ensure they have had dinner prior to arriving.
First Year Cubs will arrive at 1000 hours.
The Camp will come to an end at 1100hours on Sunday.
The theme this year is First Aid and Transportation. Cubs - you want want to miss this one! (Hint, the transportation we're doing is REALLY COOL!!!!)

Remembrance Day: Sunday, November 11th.
We will be meeting at the Car wash across from the Legion at 1000 hours. Wear uniforms, dress for the weather, & put your necker over top of your coat.

Monday, November 19th - Campfire @ Bagheera:
Directions are as follows:
Drive North on HWY 21 out of Goderich.
When you reach Port Albert sign, you're getting close.
Continue North on Hwy 21 & proceed down the hill of 9 mile river valley.
JUST BEFORE the bridge over the river there is a driveway turn right (East).
911 number is 83634.
Meeting times as usual - 1900 to 2030 hours.
